Learning Brazillian

I found a couple of websites that have Brazillian recipes that, according to Weston, sound pretty authentic. They also sound very easy. I'll be spending a bit of time learning how to cook things like pudim de maracuja, farofa, and maionese, among other things. He's pretty excited.
